These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and BK33 as the platform operator. This document should be read together with BK33's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall platform usage agreement.
To be eligible to register and use the BK33 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:
BK33 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify member eligibility. Required documents may include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a valid driving licence, or a valid passport. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) bk33 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment card details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of bk33's terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bk33 account password and login credentials. BK33 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to keep your password secure.
All information provided during registration and the verification process must be accurate, complete, and up to date. BK33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be using false or unverifiable information. It is your responsibility to keep your personal details current should any changes occur.
BK33 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via approved local Malaysian payment methods. All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.

BK33 reserves the right to decline or return any deposit suspected of originating from illegal activity, fraud, or unlawful sources. In such cases, BK33 may freeze the account in question pending the completion of an investigation.
BK33 members may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the applicable withdrawal terms. For security and anti-money laundering compliance purposes, withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
Before the first withdrawal can be processed, members are required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting a copy of their MyKad and proof of ownership of the registered payment method. KYC verification typically takes up to 24 business hours.
BK33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and usage rules as specified in their respective promotional terms.

In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, BK33 will refer to server records to determine the valid game outcome. Where an outcome cannot be determined, the relevant wager will be fully refunded to the player's account balance.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact bk33 customer support. For accounts closed due to responsible gaming self-exclusion, any valid remaining balance will be processed within 5 business days. For closures resulting from a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited subject to the outcome of an investigation.

Your data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or for legitimate payment processing purposes.

Members will be notified of any material changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the bk33 platform after the effective date of any such changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
